HAM AND EGGS
BAKED IN A MUFFIN TIN!
This idea is just genius.
It's fun.
It's easy,
and my family loves it.
Make it ahead,
then re-heat it
for a quick breakfast, lunch, or snack.
Put it in a baggie for breakfast-to-go.
Add your favorite cheese and seasonings.
