I photographed a beautiful pitcher that was
sitting on a ledge at a local tea room in 2006.

The simple beauty
of the blue and white pitcher
captured my attention
amid all the other decorations on the porch.

I played with the editing tools
with the original photograph,  and the result was this image.

 I matched the photograph
with a Bible verse:   Psalms 62:  8 - 12

Trust in Him at all times...
Pour out your heart before Him:
GOD is a refuge for us.

I designed a greeting card featuring the photograph.

I send this card more than any other card I designed.

I pray that its message will encourage and uplift you.
Trust in GOD at all times.

Pour out your heart  before Him.

 Psalm 62

King James Version (KJV)

Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation.

He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved.

How long will ye imagine mischief against a man? ye shall be slain all of you: as a bowing wall shall ye be, and as a tottering fence.

They only consult to cast him down from his excellency: they delight in lies: they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. Selah.

My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.

He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved.

In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.

Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.

Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie: to be laid in the balance, they are altogether lighter than vanity.

10 Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.

11 God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God.

12 Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy: for thou renderest to every man according to his work.

  1. Such beautiful photos! I have forgotten, but what camera do you use? Are the editing tools on the camera or do you have editing tools on your computer? If on computer, what program do you use for editing?

    1. Thank you, Sherrie. I took these photos with a Kodak Easy Share Z1012 IS, and I downloaded the FREE Kodak Easy Share software. Now I have a Kodak PIXPRO AZ365. They are very easy to use. http://download.cnet.com/s/kodak-easyshare-software/
