You can bury a lot of troubles digging in the dirt.
How do you cope during times of trials and trouble in your life?
GOD often wraps me in a bunting and shields me during trials, so I can take care of business, but when the flood of feelings begin to pour out....I had to discover ways to cope.
First - I run to scripture and claim GOD's promises.
I choose to believe His Word rather than what the circumstances appear to be.
When the whirlwind rages around me - I have also learned to look for beauty...and when I couldn't find beauty - I planted some.

It grounds me to connect with the soil.
I work until I'm physically worn out, and that in itself is therapeutic.
