RECIPE:  MELT-IN-YOUR-MOUTH-PANCAKES

My children and grandchildren love pancakes....especially chocolate chip pancakes!

Here's our favorite pancake recipe....
Make something sweet for your Valentine!

Ingredients:
*2 Cups Bisquick Mix
1 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Mix above ingredients together to make batter -  then...

Stir in 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips (Mini-Size)
OR
Stir in 1 Cup Blueberries and/or strawberries.

Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot griddle or skillet (with oil)....
Flip and cook pancakes on both sides.

Sometimes I use the  Redi-Set-Go Grills....and add pancake batter to heart shaped pans!

Serve Chocolate Chip Pancakes with Maple Syrup.
Serve Blueberry/Strawberry Pancakes with Whipped Cream.

*(If you don't have pre-packaged Bisquick Mix - you can substitute.  One cup of Bisquick can be substituted by a mix of one cup of flour, 1½ teaspoons of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of oil or melted butter.)

Yummy!

UNTIL ALL HIS CHILDREN HAVE HOMES!

Marcia
