My sister, Gloria,  is younger than me by two years.

She was the sweetest little thing,
and we had so much fun growing up together.

Gloria thought she could do whatever
my cousin, Tandra and I did.

Bret and Terry.

Here is my sister, Gloria's recipe for 
Sweet 'n Sour Meatloaf...in her own handwriting.

RECIPE
GLORIA'S SWEET 'N SOUR MEATLOAF

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.

Mixture #1
1 Pound Hamburger Meat
2 Eggs
1 Package Lipton Onion Soup
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Corn or Bran Flakes

Mixture #2
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Dry Mustand
1/2 Cup Catsup

#1:  MIX hamburger, eggs, onion soup, 
milk, and flakes together, 
and mold into a loaf.
Place in a baking dish.

#2:  MIX brown sugar, 
mustard and catsup together,
and pour mixture over UNBAKED meat loaf.
Place in 350 degree oven,
and bake for one hour.

Gloria and Marcia went back to visit 311 Arthur - the apartment building where they lived for three years.  Granny Lucille owned the building, and the family all lived under one roof.   Copyright 2010  Marcia Norwood
