Let's add photographs
to our hand stamped jewelry.
(Check out the previous blog for instructions
on how to create hand stamped jewelry.)

I created ADOPTION jewelry, and added a hand stamped CHOSEN charm with a ruby rhinestone birthstone, and a hand stamped charm with the date of the Happy Adoption Day, and a third charm with the precious girl's "Referral Photo."  Copyright 2011 Marcia Norwood

I used Diamond Glaze to glue photos to silvertone blanks, and then add a layer of Diamond Glaze on top of the photo as a sealer.  Watch out for bubbles in the glaze.  Prick the bubbles with a pin.  When dry, it creates a beautiful finish.

 HANDMADE
LAMPWORK GLASS TULIP PENDANTS
(Supplies from pandahall.com)

I simply combined a silk necklace cord with a handmade lampwork glass tulip pendant for an extraordinary necklace.

More than once, women offered $50 or more to
buy this tulip necklace right off my daughter Faith's neck.

On another occasion, a woman paid twice the amount
of my entire gift jewelry basket that I donated for a charity,
specifically for the lampwork glass tulip necklace
that was in the basket.

 Note the dimensions:
the loop (hole) at the end of the glass tulip is 2mm,
and the silk necklace is 3mm thick,
but somehow I was able to
CAREFULLY
push the silk cord through the opening.

The tulip hangs upside down from the silk cord.
There are multiple colors
of beautiful silk cord necklaces at pandahall.com.

PANDORA-STYLE JEWELRY BAR!
Copyright 2011 Marcia Norwood

I created a "Jewelry Bar"
at my booth at local art and craft fairs.
I  invited women to design and create
their own jewelry using my Pandora-like beads.

Wouldn't this make a great
girlfriend party?
Or better yet -why not set up a "Jewelry Bar"
for a local charity, and invite people in need
to create their own designs?!
