BLOGGER UPDATE

Follow By Email

I followed the instructions from Feed Burner, and got kicked off my own blog.

Are you having difficulty becoming a follower on my blog?
This is what is supposed to happenTo Follow - Add your email address in the  "FOLLOW BY EMAIL" box at the right of my blog, and click on  SUBMIT.  Instructions will follow to verify your request through Feed Burner.

Some readers (on my blog, and other popular blogs) are being "kicked off" - or not allowed to follow.  This is a breakdown with either Feed Burner or Google.  We have alerted Google, and they are working on it.

Hopefully Google will be able to correct this ongoing problem.

Thank You,
Marcia

It's easy to make Homemade Lip Balm with one or two ingredients.
Begin with Petroleum Jelly or Un-Petroleum Multi-Purpose Jelly.

Gather small containers.  I found some cute heart-shaped plastic containers with lids at the dollar stores.  (You could also use re-cycled Altoid tins.)

Add Ingredients For Color and Taste.

1) Koolaid or Crystal-Light or Wyler's Light Singles

2) Food Coloring

Mix Well.
I tried two different methods:

A)  Add Koolaid & Wyler's Light granules directly into Petroleum Jelly, and then add FOOD COLORING.

B) Add Koolaid (1-2 teaspoons) & Wyler's Light granules (1 small package) into cup of water  (until you achieve the desired color) - and mix until granules are dissolved.  Then mix one spoonful at a time into Petroleum Jelly.  No additional FOOD COLORING is needed.

I added a small amount of
 Lanolin Butter and Coconut Oil...
